Extremely unprofessional office. The two young ladies at the front desk are the ONLY reason I stayed as long as I did β they are always nice, helpful, and understanding. The providers are a different story. I started my braces process out of the country where my dentist said max 2 years since my case wasn't severe. I continued treatment here at West Broadway Dental and ended up in braces for 3 YEARS. The whole time it felt like there was no plan. Every visit they told me my teeth looked good but never gave me a timeline for removal. I had to deal with an assistant who made me extremely uncomfortable every visit, flirting and even asking for my number. When I finally said I was done, they suddenly said I had an overbite and needed to wear bands for a month before they could come off. I didn't even wear the bands, and a month later a different assistant said my teeth looked great and I was ready to have them removed. It felt like they were playing in my face and dragging treatment. To make it worse, they scheduled my removal, had me waiting from 2pm to 4:30pm, then told me the machine wasn't working and they couldn't do it that day. Now I'm done but I'm left with a very sensitiv

My experience at West Broadway Dental was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I was treated by a middle-aged female dentist who was speaking Hindi with staff members. Unfortunately, she was not wearing a visible name badge, so I could not identify her by name. Before my appointment, I spent hours preparing a detailed written summary of my dental history. I documented my previous extractions, crowns, gum disease history, oral hygiene routine, smoking history, symptoms, and a list of important questions because I wanted the dentist to fully understand my case before making treatment decisions. None of that mattered. I was never given a meaningful opportunity to explain my condition. The dentist did not review my written information, did not ask about my concerns, and did not answer the questions I had carefully prepared. Instead, she took X-rays, repeatedly criticized the condition of my teeth, spoke over me, and rushed through the appointment. The visit ended with a referral to a periodontist and paperwork for deep cleaning and fillings, without a proper discussion of my diagnosis, treatment options, or long-term plan. I left feeling ignored, disrespected, and with les

This place is horrible, they canceled my appointment twice after having me use PTO for the dates and then they won't work with you when you have a different day off work. You ask for a manger call back and never get one. I only really come here because this has been the place I came to since a kid but it's really bad now. No kind of customer service and the women at the front desk have no respect and just don't care. They answer the phone on speaker so everyone in there could hear you talking or your business, no patient privacy, nothing! Time for me to find a different dental office. I've been waiting on Josh (the office manager) to give me a call back since the 5/28. Still nothing!

I've been going to this clinic for years now; you do not want to go here. I have a list of different things that have happened to me in this clinic through out the years. (1) There is so much drama just to make an appointment: you can hear the sass and rudeness right across from the phone. I was asking for a specific time, and the lady on the phone kept trying to shoehorn me in for 9am when I could only do 10:30 am: she gave a very strong sigh and put me in for 10:30 am so in a sense that time was actually available. I honestly to this day never understood her issue, and the tone she was expressing over the phone felt disrespectful. (2) I remember in the office two employees were arguing, so one of the employees forgot to sign in a whole swath of people . . . I was one of them, so I was waiting around for my appointment a long while and had to talk to the front desk: they helped push me in the queue and I got my cleaning however another rude customer was complaining about me calling me rude names to the employee because he assumed I cut in front of him even though he saw me sitting in the waiting room when he came in through the entrance. This same customer was cheering on the dr

Worst front desk experience. The staff was very rude. The office is unclean the floor is filthy. The front desk ladies are selling candy for their kids school (harassing patients) for $2.00 I arrived less than 15 minutes late and was not allowed to keep my appointment. There was also no parking available, which made the situation even more inconvenient. I wasnβt able to speak with the front desk manager the ladies stated she wasnβt there today also I was denied access to speak with the dentist. Due to this experience, I decided to change providers.
